A darkly themed point-and-click adventure, Alter Ego puts players in the shoes of two different characters as they investigate a series of gruesome killings in 19th-century England. Gamers join the case when a high-profile aristocrat, who was himself the subject of disturbing rumors, is found murdered. As the thief Timothy Moor and Detective Bristol, players alternate between two different perspectives as they interact with more than 30 characters, travel to 80 distinct locations, and collect and combine 150 different items and pieces of evidence.
