It's the year 1715 and you have been chosen to create a city from scratch, and also to manage it. You are given a piece of empty land and must build roads and houses, make farms to produce food and as the population grows, add public buildings such as churches, markets, schools, pubs and even hospitals - in fact everything a fully functioning city requires.

In a rapidly expanding City you need money to maintain it and continue it's growth - taxation is the best way to do this - use it wisely and your city will blossom! Your responsibilities don't stop at just bricks and mortar - you must keep in mind at all times that your citizens will require food and entertainment, or they will demand you to be replaced!

The game features several original takes on the sim genre, such as puzzle missions, as well as an addictive campaign mode each with ten varied missions of increasing difficulty designed to test your skills of strategy to the limit. The open game mode lets you live out your City building desires to the full, as there are no set objectives you must meet.
